Brown in Parliament

Despite finally slipping down the best-seller charts, Dan Brown appears to remain a favourite with members of the British Parliament. In a survey of which books the pollies are reading, Brown was top of the list, or near top of the list for many of them - despite most of their other books of interest were historical or political 'heavy' reads. Perhaps they're brushing up before the next one heads for Washington, D.C.?

Its sad how each opportunity a politician has to sway the opinion of public support (or in their mind the masses) is never refrained from.

I think Dan Brown did a great job writing innovative and enthralling novels. I have mixed feelings about the cinematic release and the Hollywood corruption, which is so common when a great piece of art is made into something else.

I'd hate to think country leaders are too busy winning votes to actually run the country!

Just my thoughts...
